Ski Country Auto Repair & Towing has been proudly serving Summit County since 1971. We are a family-owned business built on honesty, integrity, teamwork, and long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to support our lead Service Advisor and help keep our busy automotive repair department running smoothly.
You do not need to be an automotive expert! While automotive knowledge is certainly helpful, we are much more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering incoming phone calls with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a helpful attitude.
- Scheduling customer appointments and assisting with daily workflow.
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service.
- Supporting our lead Service Advisor with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicating with our automotive technicians to help keep work flowing efficiently.
- Coordinating parts returns and assisting with parts-related tasks.
- Helping maintain accurate customer information and service records.
- Following up with customers and assisting with general office responsibilities.
- Being a positive, dependable member of a team that takes pride in what we do.

- Previous customer service or office experience is preferred.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.
